Winter Service Plan

• We fix it during the winter, and you pick it up and pay in the spring.
• You save money, we stay busy.

For Warranty Work

1. Schedule your warranty work during our off- season (Oct. 15-Feb. 28th to be picked up no later than Apr. 16th.). Don't wait till spring because we'll be busy and you'll be in a hurry to use your RV. If it can wait schedule it during this period.
   
2. Drop your RV off after you are through with it for the season, but after October 15. Either bring it in already winterized or have us winterize it.
   
3. Give us your list of warranty repairs and tell us when you want to pick it up, no later than April 16.
   
4. To qualify for the off season warranty repair plan there must be 6.4 hours or more of warranty work to be done, at the time you drop off your RV.
   
5. We will have you sign an appropriate manufacturer's warranty claim, at the time of drop off and file the claim when the work is completed.
   
6. When you pick up your RV we will hand you a copy of the completed and filed warranty claim form.
7. The warranty repairs will be scheduled and completed prior to your scheduled pick up day.

For Accessory Installation, Repairs, Maintenance

• (This applies to Any brand of RV, no matter where you bought it)
• A reduced Labor Rate of $75 per hour (excluding body work and specials)

1. If you can wait till winter you will save money - but don't wait till spring.
2. Drop your RV off after you are through with it for the season, but after Oct. 15th and pick it up before Apr. 15th. Either bring it in already winterized or have us winterize it. Let us know if Camp-Land is to winterize your RV. You must have full insurance coverage on your RV covering the period Oct. 15th-Apr. 15th.
3. Order at least $475.00 of service labor (exclusive of specials. body work, and parts) and take advantage of the service winter specials at the bottom of this page. Get the special labor rate of $75/hr for repairs covered under this program on work scheduled between Oct. 15th and Feb. 28th. Your repaired RV must be picked up by April 15th or before.

4. LP Gas System Leak Test (every 6 mo.)
5. Generator Test & Oil Change (annual or 150 hrs.)
6. Drive Line Inspection (annual)
7. Check Roof & Window Seams (every 6 mo.)
8. Change Transmission Fluid & Filter (every 30k miles)
9. Rotate Tires (6k -9k miles)
